Delivery Policy

Halfzy's standard fundraiser tickets and entries are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping for a standard ticket purchase.

When delivery occurs

When a live checkout is enabled and payment is approved, the buyer receives an on-screen confirmation. A receipt or confirmation may also be sent to the email address or mobile number entered at checkout. The entry is recorded for the specific campaign after the payment provider confirms the transaction.

What the confirmation includes

The confirmation should identify the campaign, ticket quantity, amount charged, and a transaction or entry reference. The organizer's campaign rules describe the drawing and prize.

If you do not receive confirmation

Check your email spam folder and verify the contact details you entered. If the confirmation is delayed, contact us with your name, campaign name, and approximate purchase time. Do not submit a second payment until we check the first transaction.
