The number of tickets and the complete amount due are shown before a purchase is submitted. Ten tickets cost $100 before any separately disclosed charge.

Supporters purchase digital fundraising tickets or entries for an approved campaign. Quantity multiplies the $10 ticket price.

Organization and prize

Campaign pages disclose the organization share, prize pool calculation, and any processing or platform costs before payment. The final split can vary by campaign.

No recurring charge

A ticket purchase is a one-time fundraiser transaction. Cardholders are not paying a SaaS subscription or membership fee.

How it works

1. Open a fundraiser

Each participating organization sets its campaign dates, drawing method, eligibility, and published rules.

2. Pick tickets

Supporters select a quantity and may choose a person to support when a campaign offers seller links.

3. Review and pay

The checkout displays ticket price, any fees, total, and policy links before a card payment is submitted. Confirmed entries are delivered digitally.

These policies apply to Halfzy's fundraising platform. Each fundraiser also publishes its own rules and eligibility requirements.

Privacy Policy

Halfzy may collect organizer and supporter names, contact information, campaign details, ticket quantity, seller attribution, payment status, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. We use this information to manage fundraisers, process transactions through a payment provider, deliver confirmations, prevent fraud, provide support, and produce organizer reports.

We may share necessary information with payment, hosting, messaging, and support providers. We do not sell supporter personal information. Payment card data is handled by the connected payment provider when checkout is active. Contact us to ask about or correct your information.

Terms and Conditions

Halfzy provides campaign and checkout technology. The participating organization operates each fundraiser and is responsible for its legal eligibility, published rules, prize, drawing, taxes, and required permits. Supporters must review the specific campaign's eligibility, drawing terms, ticket price, fees, and policies before paying. Tickets are valid only after payment is confirmed.

Halfzy may pause a campaign when payment processing, fraud review, or compliance issues require it. Platform information is not legal or tax advice.

Delivery Policy

Fundraiser tickets and entries are digital; standard tickets have no physical shipping. After approved payment, the buyer receives an on-screen confirmation and may receive a receipt by email or text. If confirmation is delayed, contact support with the campaign name and approximate purchase time.

Refund Policy

Contact support to request a refund and include the campaign name and purchase details. Refund eligibility follows the published campaign rules and applicable law. Requests before the drawing are reviewed with the organizer. After a drawing, refunds are generally unavailable except where required by law or if a campaign is voided. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when the provider supports it.

Cancellation Policy

If a fundraiser is cancelled or rescheduled, the organizer will publish an update and explain how existing purchases will be handled under the campaign rules and applicable law. If a campaign is cancelled before the drawing and no replacement campaign is offered, eligible payments will be refunded to the original payment method. Halfzy may pause sales for processing, fraud, or compliance concerns.
