Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of Halfzy's site and fundraising technology. Each fundraiser also has its own published rules. Please review those rules, eligibility, ticket price, fees, drawing details, and policies before buying.

What Halfzy provides

Halfzy provides campaign pages, seller links, checkout infrastructure when enabled, transaction records, and digital entry tracking. A ticket purchase is a one-time transaction for an organization-run fundraiser. It is not a SaaS subscription.

Organizer responsibility

The participating organization operates its campaign and is responsible for verifying legal eligibility, obtaining any required approvals, publishing complete rules, conducting the drawing, providing prizes, and meeting applicable tax and reporting obligations. Halfzy may pause or decline a campaign if required information or payment processing is unavailable.

Supporter purchases

The published ticket price is $10 per ticket unless a specific campaign clearly states otherwise. Buyers select the number of tickets and review the final total before payment. A ticket or entry is issued only after a payment is approved and recorded. Seller attribution, when offered, may be changed by the buyer before checkout.

Eligibility and drawings

Participation is subject to the specific campaign rules and applicable law. The organizer decides and conducts the drawing using a method allowed in its jurisdiction. The organizer is responsible for prize delivery and winner communications.

Changes and support

Halfzy may modify site functionality, pause sales, or investigate suspicious transactions to protect campaigns and buyers. Refunds, delivery, and cancellation are described in our published policies and any campaign-specific rules. Questions may be sent to the contact email below.
