Halfzy provides technology for organization-run fundraisers. This policy explains the information we collect and use when an organizer or supporter visits our site or uses a fundraiser page.

Information we collect

We may collect organizer and supporter names, email addresses, mobile numbers, campaign details, ticket selections, chosen seller or player, order status, and messages sent to support. We may also collect browser and device information, IP address, and technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage campaigns, provide checkout when enabled, record seller attribution, deliver confirmations and receipts, respond to requests, prevent fraud, and provide reports to the organization running a fundraiser.

Payment information

When live checkout is available, card payments will be handled by a connected payment provider. Halfzy does not ask buyers to enter card details on this informational page. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, and limited card information such as the brand and last four digits for support and reconciliation.

Sharing and retention

We share information as needed with the fundraiser organizer and providers for payment, hosting, security, messaging, and customer support. We do not sell supporter personal information. We keep records as needed to operate campaigns, meet tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your information, ask about deletion where permitted, or opt out of nonessential messages. Transactional receipts and required campaign notices may still be sent. Browser settings may control cookies used for basic site function and analytics.
